  • Here Comes the Sun

If you’re in the Midwest, you’re probably well aware that winter has gone on for FAR too long. Team RPS has been dreaming of warmer temperatures for months, and with the Spring Equinox taking place today, here’s hoping that spring will just arrive already! To keep your spirits up, might I suggest some bright, cheery yellow colors? Whether it’s cards or decorating, I’m all about the sunshine yellow lately. Bring on the color and bring on spring! Here’s some of my current favorite items, all available from Rock Paper Scissors! RPS-HelloSunshine 1.) Brighten each day with this “Hello Sunshine” mercantile sign. What a perfect, upbeat message for decorating your home! 2.) The Sunshine Journal from Sideshow Press is aptly named. Keep track of all your spring and summer adventures in this beauty – it’s letterpress printed with kraft pages inside. 3.) Spread sunshine-y cheer with this tiny book of message cards, letterpress printed and packaged in a small book made of yellow cloth. 4.) Pass the Hooch! • Wedding Wednesday--Smitten in the Mitten

Guys. We LOVE Michigan. I'm not talking about the boys in the maize and blue winged helmets that take the field on Saturdays, (although many of us LOVE them, too). I'm talkin' about our great state. The Great Lakes State. The Wolverine State. The Mitten State. A place where residents are referred to as Michiganders & Michigangsters. Where cities are called  The Apple Capital, Tree Town, Motown, Rock City, Mackinawesome.  We're absolutely smitten with our Mitten, and get crazily excited when we meet wedding clients that want to share their excitement for the great state of Michigan in their invitation suite. Meet Nick and Amy. This couple was so fun to work with. From the get-go they loved the idea of including the state of Michigan in their suite.  From the return address on the envelope, the invitation itself,  to the RSVP postcard & website card , the Great Lakes State was the star!  Check out their fun grey & yellow Rock Paper Scissors CUSTOM Michigan invitation suite below. [caption id="attachment_146" align="alignnone" width="880"]Michigan Wedding Invitations Thanks for letting us help you share your Michigan love, Amy & Nick![/caption] The invitation suite was flat printed on double thick stock and we couldn't get enough of those adorable two-sided RSVP postcards. So friends, if you're getting hitched or planning a wedding shower, head over to the website: www.rockpaperscissorsshop.com/weddings , to learn more about our wedding invitations and the services we offer at Rock Paper Scissors! We'd LOVE to be able to help you celebrate your big day with our favorite things, beautiful paper and details!
