RPS Weddings- A Summer Floral Soiree!

This week we're giving you a closer look at one of our favorite custom invite suites ever, created for one of our favorite weddings ever (ignore that it was made for two of my very favorite people in the whole world and that I may have been the Matron of Honor). Held at the amazing Felt Estate in Holland, Michigan, this summer wedding was seriously the MOST fun!  From the save the dates, the complete invite suite (with that adorable floral liner!) to the custom day-of details (napkins, table numbers, menus, escort cards, and more) this wedding was bright, floral and just full of happy! The cheerful floral pattern was a focus throughout the entire suite, and we loved how it carried through on the back of the invitations and in the envelope liners. For a finishing touch, we created a 1" monogrammed m&m tag and tied the suite components together with solid grey baker's twine.   The programs were our favorite thing to create, hands down. The cover was a fun infographic highlighting fun facts about the crazy couple, from their sports statistics to favorite cocktails (the bride's: crown & Coke, the groom's: crown & anything). Inside the program was the itinerary, fun notes about the wedding party, and thank you messages. The back, sigh, was the best, featuring the history of the unique Felt Estate and the ghost stories affiliated with the allegedly haunted venue. So much fun to create, even more fun to read! Other day-of details included the couples monogram logo and custom floral design. We loved the use of the tags & bakers twine on the favors, the deep raspberry of the menus, and the bright floral of the escort cards.     Another one of our favorite details were the Mr. & Mrs. tags. We loved the hand-lettering, created in-house at Rock Paper Scissors on our favorite Sugarpaper letterpress gift tags, then tied onto our favorite Southern Charm Mason Jar Wine Glasses. What better way to cheers to a lifetime of happiness together? A big thanks to Megan & Mike for giving us the opportunity to create their paper details for their big day! What a special celebration!
