Substitutions
Individual items are subject to availability, but not to worry! If something is out of stock, we'll swap it for an equally awesome item that's in keeping with the theme.
There are currently no customer-initiated substitutions allowed for our ready-to-ship gift boxes.
If you'd like to customize a gift box, you may begin that process by filling out a survey in our Custom Gift Box listing.
Disclaimer
Images are a sample. The actual items may vary by color or style from box to box, but each gift is prepared by hand to ensure every box is cute and cohesive.

Policies + Returns
Returns + Exchanges
We will gladly take back merchandise that is new and unused, with a receipt, within 60 days of purchase. If you need to return something that was shipped it must be mailed back within 60 days of the delivery. Items must be in unused condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately, if the items are not received in this time frame we are not able to process the return. To start a return email hello@rockpaperscissorsshop.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Please use RETURN as the subject. We will email you back with an RA number that must be on the outside of the package if the return is approved. Returns sent without an RA number are unable to be processed or sent back without payment of shipping. Seasonal merchandise, gift boxes, consumable products and gifts with purchase are final sale.
An item returned with a gift receipt will only be refunded in store credit. If the original purchaser returns an item with receipt or proof of purchase, it can be refunded for the amount paid.
Items and packaging must be in perfect condition and suitable to be re-sold. All tags must be attached.
Exceptions
Seasonal merchandise (includes all holiday merchandise), gift boxes, consumable products and gifts with purchase are always final sale.
Damaged Shipments
Occasionally an item is damaged during shipping. We know it is a bummer when that happens! To report a damaged item, please email us within 3 business days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item to lisa@rockpapersissorsshop.com. Each damage report will be individually reviewed for replacement assistance.
Order Issues
We hope it is rare, but once in a while we make a mistake. We’re real humans packing and shipping each order after all! We take great care when fulfilling orders but sh*t happens. Please email us within 3 business days with your order number and a brief description of the issue to lisa@rockpapersissorsshop.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Kindly note, we reserve the right to substitute items included in gift and card boxes based on stock availability. We prepare each order by hand and make every effort to swap out of stock items for items with equal value, sentiment and style. Substituted items are not eligible for return or exchange. That may sound like a CYA move, but really it is because we’re a small business with limited inventory. We love the fact that our selection is constantly changing to bring our customers fresh, new finds!
Stamp + Send
Our Stamp + Send service is easy to use! When you purchase a single card from our website, enter your message in the text box and select Stamp + Send as the shipping method. We will handwrite, stamp and send your card at no additional cost.
Stamp + Send is available for US mailing addresses only. All cards are sent with a postage stamp via standard USPS mailing service. Cards are not trackable. Please note, once we write, stamp and send a card the delivery timing is out of our hands.
Product Listings
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. Your monitor’s display settings may not accurately reflect the product’s true color.
We work super hard to make sure our website has the most recent, accurate and reliable information at all times. However, there may be occasions when some information on rockpaperscissorsshop.com contains incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Please be aware that we present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
In the event a Rock Paper Scissors product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, stock quantity error, typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Rock Paper Scissors has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price.
RPS has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase and your order is cancelled, RPS will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
