Invitation Client Coordinator

An Ann Arbor, Michigan based home, gift & stationery boutique, Rock Paper Scissors, is looking for a client coordinator to join our team! If you're a smart, passionate, committed person who strives to win and has a unique personality, then please read on!

Requirements:
Experience with different types of clients and products ranging in price.
Ability to utilize Graphic Design programs
Excellent written communication skills
An upbeat attitude and professional tone
Ability to work independently but also follow processes
Great eye for design, attention to detail, and creative interpretation
Natural inclination for multi-tasking and organization
A love for wedding stationery and weddings in general!

The following skills are a plus, but not required:
Experience working in retail, Graphic Design Degree, Command of the Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly Adobe InDesign, Customer service experience (phones, live chat, emails), Basic understanding of printing

Main Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to help them create their perfect wedding Save the Date, Invitation, and Day of Paper Suite
Working with clients via email through a proofing process
Coordinating with graphic design team on custom invitation creation
Preparing files and sending files to print
Answering emails, live chats, phones and generally engaging with our clients
Checking in, Assembling and in some cases mailing invitations
Writing press releases on media surrounding custom invitations

Other Responsibilities as Needed:
Administrative tasks as assigned
Company projects as assigned

Schedule:
Flexible schedule to accommodate client meeting needs. Nights & Weekends.

A typical day as a Client Coordinator at Rock Paper Scissors would start with you settling in at your desk or in the client wedding lounge and reviewing any emails you've received from your clients overnight. After making adjustments to their proofs, passing changes and details along to the design team and answering any questions they might have, you'll begin sending invitation quotes, setting meetings, and creating new customer orders.

Depending on the day, you might be assigned to answer client inquiries, return phone calls, or meet with clients live in the wedding lounge in addition to working on client orders. When communicating with current or potential clients, you'll make them feel special by sharing their excitement about planning their wedding and ordering invitations.

As the day goes on, you'll continue to multi-task through proof revisions, new orders, and customer questions. You will follow the orders assigned to you throughout the entire process, from initial proof design to preparing and submitting files for print, all while staying organized and on task. Although the work pace will be brisk, your teammates will be there to help you out when needed.

Retail Sales Teammate

We’re looking for a part to full time addition to our team who is great with people and is experienced in retail sales. This position includes receiving, merchandising and selling product and working with clients to create custom products. Multi-tasking and great personality is a must. You might be exactly who we’re looking for if you are enthusiastic, have tons of customer service experience, an affinity for design, talent in gift wrapping, and are proactive when it comes to projects and merchandising. Bonus points if you are fun and have good style. Must be available some nights and weekends.

Salary: $10.25 to $13.00 /hour
